SPEEDEXA provides free, browser-based internet speed testing and network diagnostics. Measurements are estimates and may vary based on network conditions, device performance, and third-party infrastructure.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attack the Service or its third-party endpoints.
• Use the Service for automated scraping, mining, or mass-query purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service without permission.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SPEEDEXA does not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Speed test results are estimates only.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPEEDEXA and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, and design of SPEEDEXA are owned by SPEEDEXA. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

SPEEDEXA relies on third-party services (Cloudflare, Google DNS, ipapi.co, etc.). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.

8. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third-party networks. SPEEDEXA is not responsible for the content of those ads.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
